Getting Started
Pexiko is a cloud-based school management platform for Ghanaian schools. It brings student and staff records, admissions, attendance, assessments, report cards, fees, payments, announcements, and parent access into one system.
Click Get Started on this website to create your school account yourself. Your school starts on a 30-day free trial with no payment method required. Once the account is created, an administrator can add the school profile, academic year, terms, classes, subjects, grading system, staff, and students before inviting other users. If you would rather have help, book a demo or talk to our team and we will set your school up with you.
Yes. Every school gets a 30-day free trial, and you do not need to add a payment method to sign up. When you are ready, choose the plan that fits your school on the Pricing page.
To keep using Pexiko, choose a paid plan before your trial ends. If you do not, your school and all of its data will be deleted within 14 days after the trial ends. Export any records you want to keep before then.
Yes. A school administrator can request deletion of the school and all of its data from Settings at any time during the trial, or within the 14 days after it ends. We start deleting the school and its data as soon as we receive the request.
No. Pexiko works in any supported browser on a computer, tablet, or phone with an internet connection, and there are also Pexiko apps for Android and iOS. Your school signs in through the School Desk, while authorized parents use the Parent Portal.
Yes. Pexiko supports structured bulk imports for student and staff records, so your school can bring its records in during setup. Our support team can also guide you on preparing the required spreadsheet format and reviewing imported information before it is used.
School Administration
Schools can maintain student admission and enrollment details, class placement, guardian contacts, status, photographs, and related records. Staff profiles can include contact details, staff numbers, roles, status, and school-assigned access.
Yes. School administrators can create user accounts and assign roles and permissions so staff only access the areas required for their work. Access should be reviewed whenever responsibilities change or a staff member leaves.
Yes. Pexiko organizes school activity by academic year and term. Schools can configure term dates, classes, subjects, enrollments, assessments, attendance, fees, and reports for the appropriate period while retaining historical records according to the selected plan.
Yes. Schools can publish an admission process, receive applications, review applicant information, track application status, and use accepted information when creating student records. Available admission options may depend on the school configuration.
Attendance, Assessments & Reports
Authorized staff can submit attendance for students in their assigned classes and dates. The school can review attendance records and summaries, while parents with portal access can view attendance information made available for their linked children.
Yes. Schools configure subjects, assessment components, weights, and grading scales. Authorized teachers can enter scores and remarks, and the school can review results before reports are finalized or shared.
Yes. Pexiko can generate printable student report cards using the school setup, assessment scores, grading system, attendance information, and approved remarks. Schools should review report data before publishing or printing it.
Yes. Authorized users can generate or export supported student, staff, bill, receipt, and academic reports. Because exports may contain personal information, schools should store and share downloaded files securely.
Fees, Payments & Parent Portal
Schools can configure fee categories and templates, generate student bills, record or reconcile payments, monitor balances, and issue receipts. Fee and billing features are available on plans that include them.
Where online payments are enabled by the school, an authorized parent or guardian can initiate payment from the Parent Portal through the available payment provider. The payment must be confirmed and reconciled before the student balance is treated as settled.
Depending on the school plan and settings, verified parents or guardians can view linked children, attendance, academic results, report cards, announcements, bills, balances, payment history, and receipts. They cannot view records for students who are not linked to their account.
A parent uses the phone number recorded and linked by the school. Pexiko sends a one-time verification code through the configured channel. If a child is missing or the phone number is incorrect, the parent should contact the school to update the relationship.
Plans, Security & Support
The right plan depends on student and staff numbers, required record history, SMS needs, parent access, fee management, and whether the school needs a custom domain or priority support. Review the Pricing page or book a demo for guidance. You can also start with the 30-day free trial and choose a plan afterwards.
Yes. A school can move to a plan with higher student or staff limits and additional features. Contact Pexiko before changing plans if you need help comparing limits, billing periods, or available features.
Pexiko uses authenticated sessions, school-scoped access, roles, permissions, and security activity records to help protect information. Schools must also use strong credentials, protect verification codes, grant only necessary access, and promptly deactivate former staff.
Use the Contact page or Book a Demo option on this website. Existing schools can contact Pexiko through the configured email, phone, or WhatsApp support channels. Please do not send passwords, payment PINs, or unnecessary student information in a support message.
