Our Mission & Story

The Catalyst. It began when our founder walked back into his own alma mater as an alumnus and software builder, expecting to see modernized systems. Instead, he found the school's heartbeat trapped in paper: student records in dusty folders, fees tracked in handwritten exercise books, and staff overwhelmed by manual ledger reconciliation.

The Insight. This was not unique to one school — it is the default reality for thousands of private basic schools across Ghana. Administrators juggle disconnected spreadsheets and WhatsApp chats, bursars deal with revenue leakage from physical cash, and teachers spend hours on clerical tasks instead of teaching.

Our "Why." African schools deserve infrastructure that matches their ambition. School leaders should spend their energy nurturing students, not drowning in paperwork — so we built Pexiko as the digital backbone for that, mobile-first, from day one. We are starting in Ghana, where it is built and running today, and opening in more countries as schools ask for it.
